On my first day back after maternity leave I was asked to attend a meeting the following day where I was told my job was at risk of redundancy and I would need to re-apply for it. I queried this and was told my job was safe, but have since been sidelined by my boss. What should I do?
I became pregnant in April and since telling my boss have experience harassment. Last week I was given a sudden (written) redundancy and told that a full-time post was no longer required. I was offered part-time work. I am off sick with stress. Will this affect my maternity pay?
I am on maternity leave and recruited an interim manager to cover my job for a year. At the moment I do not know what my options are. 1) around part-time work 2) around full-time work 3) around work restructuring 4) around salary 5) company bonuses.

I work in the public sector and am about to return to work after maternity leave. I had a verbal agreement with my employer that I would be given 4 weeks’ notice of the shifts I would be working so that I can arrange childcare. My employer is now only giving me 2 weeks’ notice.
