I'm a working mum and after 5 years with my employer just been made redundant. Less than 12 months ago iI TOOK OUT A GREIVANCE THAT WAS upheld for bullying and intimidation against my line manager and feel because of this my cards been marked! I know the redundancy is unfair and feel like just walking away, but listening to Sophie speak and the information and advice she is providing has made me feel strong again to pursue an appeal. Thank you !
