The charity has compiled a new email advice pack for women who are single and pregnant, giving them free, instant access to the practical advice and information they need to get ready for their new arrival.

The easy-to-use guide includes:

– Information about managing finances, benefits and tax credits

– Advice on contact arrangements and parents’ rights

– The facts about child maintenance and how to make these important arrangements- Details of where to go for support – including how to become a Gingerbread member, join a local friendship group or chat to other single parents online.
