Key to our business is our people. We only employ experienced technicians, so-called “3rd line” engineers in the IT industry. We spend a long time in finding the right technicians for our business. All of our engineers have to not only match up to our technical excellence, but vitally, have excellent communication skills, a combination that is hard to find in IT.

Established in 2007 situated in London Bridge, Priority One IT was founded by media and technology entrepreneur Steve Thomson, and infrastructure and technology expert Jon Abbott. Having previously worked together at Thomson Intermedia plc for nearly 10 years, together they created from a standing start a 250 desktop and 75 server infrastructure across 6 sites in the UK, US & Germany, in a 24x7 operational environment.

Managed IT Support – We will support and maintain your entire IT infrastructure (desktops, servers, phone systems, peripherals and mobile devices) under one fixed cost, the service includes unlimited telephone, remote and onsite support. Priority One provide support for Windows, Apple and Linux platforms and as we only hire approachable 3rd tier IT technicians you can rest assured that the person who answers your call will be able to fix the problem.
Hosted Services – We can host all or some of the infrastructure and applications your business requires, whilst offering a 99.95% uptime guarantee. All of our hosted services include data backup so that you can rest assured your data will always be safe.
Project Work and Consultancy – We offer a variety of consultancy services including Consultancy only, Consultancy with guided implementation and Consultancy with full implementation.
