Sara Ellison
Sara Ellison is Employment and HR Lawyer at Banner Jones Solicitors, Sara Ellison advises businesses regularly on how to keep up to date with employment law and ensure they have the correct HR policies and procedures in place.
Sara Ellison was previously Head of HR and Employment Law at Taylor Bracewell, a successful and well-established South Yorkshire law firm. She deals with all aspects of employment law and advises individuals and private, public and third sector clients on employment law and HR issues. She has a keen interest and specialism in unfair dismissal and discrimination.
Sara has first-hand experience of some of the challenges that being a working mum can present as she balances her (almost) full-time job with being the mum of a three-year-old toddler, with no grandparents nearby to help with childcare. As an Employment Lawyer, she provides practical, honest, no-nonsense advice and support to her clients, who often take the time to provide glowing feedback on how she was able to help them in their hour of need.
