Case Study

If you are worried about taking the plunge and becoming a micro franchisee, then I would like to share with you the experience I have had with YogaBugs so far.

It was a big decision to buy into the group and I involved my family in my deliberations. I thought about it for quite a while and then met with the team in London to discuss it. I found the team to be very open, honest and fair. They had already worked out how much it would cost me and how much money I would make based on the number of classes I took per week. They talked to me about my area and concerns in detail. I signed up.

The next step was the training. With my hand on my heart I can tell you it was excellent. There were two strands to the training. Firstly, there is the business side. This was taught to us by Mark Goode. He is a really experienced sales and business person and he is an excellent teacher. The second part was the actual YogaBugs yoga teaching. We were taught by Nell - and she is truly superb. The stories that you actually deliver to the children are already written for you, although you can have a go at writing your own if you want to. We worked in detail on postures, class management and how to teach in a fun and engaging way. I really loved it.

But there is more. As a franchisee you are given access to a database that has templates of letters, flyers, posters, pictures and postures that you can use freely. It has been really well thought out and put together.

As someone new to this I feel I have been really looked after and I have been given an excellent start and loads of support.

I wonder what will happen next!
