Who am I?
Hello I am Iwona the creator of Clean Pro local and Clean Pro local franchise, I have been in the cleaning profession for the last 9 years and have worked in many differernt sectors from private households, hotels, guesthouses through to commercial cleaning. One common factor I realised was that cleaning has the perception of being dull and boring. Because of this I saw a nieche in the market for high quality cleaning professionals in every town and villages in the UK but with a difference...

Why did we franchise?
Clients, friends and the general public regularly commented to me about the wonderful brand and image I had created alongside my cleaning services with a difference. They loved the extra classy touches that my team and I added to every job. We call it ‘Signature Finishing’. I had multiple requests from people asking could they operate in their home towns under my Clean Pro Local brand offering the same working values.

My partner Dominic Booth was the founder and previous CEO of one of the UK's largest and most successful independently owned building claims management franchise. With the brand, management skills and demand... the Clean Pro Local franchise commenced.

Work - As a single mum I knew I had to earn sufficent money to adequately provide for my own and my sons needs. Working for someone will never offer the opportunity to make money. I had to work for myself.

Rest - Before creating Clean Pro I had to work weekends, evenings and hours to suit my bosses. I had little rest and hardly any quality time with my family and friends.

Play - With being my own boss, my rest comes from choosing my hours that totally suit me. I have more freedom to spend quality time with my family.

Starting with our team and franchisees attending in smart, clean workwear, in sparkling vehicles through to completion of corporate paperwork, signed ncr's, job sheets, satisfaction notes.

Clean Pro local are looking for people, who want to work either full-time or part-time to join our growing team.

Our business model is ideal for mothers with children as you can create flexible working hours around your lifestyle, yet make a great income.

Financial Information

(Examples of potential charges you may be able to charge in you area, but you set the rates with your clients).

Private work - this work is typically the lower end of earning capacity. £10.50 - 12.75 per hour

Holiday Lets/Rentals - depending on size of the property, very good rates can be achieved. £45.00 - 88.00 per property clean

Offices / Commercial - a very high demand from this sector allows for a healthy charge applying. 4 room office afternoon cleans (1.5 hours work). Fixed price £42.00 per night. £28.00 per hour,pp

One-offs - house moves, spring cleans, school term, caravans, boats Estimated work on a fixed written quotation basis. 1 Pro Clean cleaner £185.00 per day + +

Training and Support

Get started straight away
Once you've purchased your franchise, you may wish to commence the launch of your franchise business immediately once you have received your complete launch pack, uniforms, website etc. It may be that you feel confident to start marketing your business with head office support, receiving work and commence making money for you and your business straight away with no additional training.
