Five tips on maximising the response to your franchise advert
Here we offer some key tips that can help you increase the effectiveness of your franchise recruitment advert on Workingmums.co.uk.
1. Make the franchise advert relevant to the Workingmums audience
Focus on the key benefits and points of your franchise that are relevant to our audience, a franchise advert used for another franchise site that attracts a different audience may not be relevant and not get the desired response.
2. Give them the information they are looking for and in a format they can digest
Let them know about your franchise, the benefits of being part of it, what skills and commitment your franchise opportunity requires and earning potential. Also add in other information that will show how the franchise has been successful for other women. And give them confidence that they will get the support required to set up the franchise opportunity. Use bullets where possible so the key information is easy to find and digest. Also use images to make the brand and work experience come to life. They help the potential franchisee see themselves in the role and images of the product can reassure them they will be investing in a quality brand.
3. Optimise your advert
Ensure your franchise advert gets viewed in search engines as much as possible. We will add keywords behind the scenes but you can also boost the exposure of your franchise advert by using relevant keywords/phrases in your advert that potential franchisees would search for. Use these in your franchise advert where you can – don’t overuse them however.
Example of keywords include: Franchise, Franchise opportunities, Female franchise, Franchises for women, Flexible franchise, Flexible franchises, Part time franchise, Bookkeeping franchise – or similar dependant on franchise, Work from home franchise, Flexible business opportunity, Work from home.
4. Take advantage of our Case Study section
The Franchise Zone gives you space to add case studies. These are essential in providing potential franchisees with the confidence to take the next steps to becoming your franchisee. The case study could include details of what work they carry out on a day-to-day basis and the hours they need to work to make the business opportunity a success, what they enjoy and what they get out of being their own boss for example. You can also use your keywords/phrases in your case study.
5. Qualify candidates
The Franchise Zone gives you the opportunity to ask your potential franchisees 3 qualifying questions. This is a fantastic opportunity to make sure the enquiries are right for your franchise – saving you time. Example questions could include: When are you looking to start your business? Do you have sales experience? Can you invest x into a business opportunity? This is about what is important to your franchise.
