	Senior Regulatory and Risk Product Manager &#8211; High Value Payments and Clearing</p>
<p>
	The role of the Senior Product Manager is:</p>
<p>
	1) BOE/FCA/OCC responses to ongoing requests such as volumes and values, contingency planning et al</p>
<p>
	2) Internal compliance activities like 6th Filter reporting, KYC renewal support, getting set up for CDD with PCM support required, Compliance support for AML monitoring</p>
<p>
	3) Coordination and follow up for activities that span across the team, like liaising with Finance, change mngt, dashboards and global alignment and coordination.</p>
<p>
	4) Awareness and knowledge of regulatory developments and potentially influence them</p>
<p>
	Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<p>
	* A key challenge of any Product Manager is too remain focused on the key components of the role of a Product Manager that add value and not be drawn into day-to-day operational issues.</p>
<p>
	* The key challenge of this role is to establish an expertise and keep up with industry/regulatory changes</p>
<p>
	* The role holder will work with local management and regional product teams to provide input and data that meet the needs of the target market customer base, regulators and support the implementation of regional and global guidelines to provide a consistent international PCM proposition.</p>
<p>
	* Payments and Cash Management is a rapidly changing environment which is driven by regulation. The Product Manager needs to keep abreast of industry developments and the external market.</p>
<p>
	* The role of Product Management sits at the centre of the end-to-end customer/product proposition from relationship management through specialist sales to customer service and operations. As a result, a number of areas outside of the Product Manager&#8217;s direct area of responsibility influence the delivery of the proposition. A key challenge of the Product Management function is, therefore, to coordinate all parties effectively so as to ensure a satisfied customer.</p>
<p>
	* They will be responsible for input in the future strategy of the product with due regard to regulatory pressures (BASEL III) and competition from new entrants.</p>

	* The Jobholder will be expected to work independently on projects and initiatives and with functional steering globally and alignment regionally.</p>

	Area Premier Relationship Manager</p>
<p>
	Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<p>
	* Implementing the Wealth and Premier strategy and achieve the key performance indicators</p>
<p>
	* Leading and creating the HSBC customer first culture by providing coaching, guidance, technical expertise and regulatory supervision to a team of Premier Relationship Manager and High Net Worth Premier Client Managers in acting in accordance with regulatory requirements. These advisors could either be based out of the same branch of several branches</p>
<p>
	* Working with Branch Managers and the Mortgage Team to maximise Premier and Premier aspirant opportunities with customers being serviced by appropriate advisors in line with the Banks strategy</p>
<p>
	* Working with Retail and Commercial Managers to generate leads and opportunities in both directions</p>
<p>
	* Being accountable for compliance, sales quality and Professional Standards Scheme for the team</p>
<p>
	* Embodying the principals of HSBC values and business principles</p>
