	Our client is a prestigious financial institution.&#160; Their Operations department,&#160; is now seeking an Analyst to be part of their small hands on team.&#160; The team provide essential services across the business and their remit includes local HR policy making and implementation, managing operational relationships with other business areas, general business management and ad hoc projects.</p>

	There is some scope to tailor the eventual role to match the experience and interest of the successful candidate (in discussion with the other team members) but regular responsibilities will include some or all of the following:</p>

	&#8226; Formulation of company-wide policy, and provide analysis for managers on a range of topics, including talent management, training, resourcing, performance measurement, business management and information management.<br />

	Our client is a well established commercial property consultancy with a head office in Central London. As a result of some internal re-structuring, they wish to recruit a Head of Finance who will take full responsibility for all financial matters relating to the firm and who will additionally have an HR brief. 	2.Purpose of Role</h1>

	The HR Manager provides a proactive, expert and comprehensive generalist HR service to the management team and employees of We Are Experience. The role covers the full generalist activity including Induction, Training &amp; Development, Policy &amp; Procedures, Compensation &amp; Benefits, Payroll and general HR Management Support. The HR Manager is the first point of contact for all HR issues and delivers operational, tactical and strategic HR solutions to support the business leaders in their shared objectives.</p>

	3.Specific Responsibilities</h1>

	3.1.Policy &amp; Procedures</h2>
<ul><li>
		Provides advice and assistance to management and staff on human resource policies</li>

		Updates the Company Handbook</li>

	3.2.HR Management</h2>
<ul><li>
		Assists the Managers and Team Leaders to manage their teams in relation to all HR matters</li>
	<li>
		Embeds the company&#8217;s competency management frameworks</li>
	<li>
		Leads the company&#8217;s Personal Development Programme</li>
	<li>
		Develops and implements Training &amp; Development Programmes</li>

	3.3.Talent Management</h2>

		Formulates and implements robust talent management strategies including recruitment, succession planning and talent development plans.</li>
	<li>
		Leads on all recruitment involving building strategic partnerships with outside agencies, using social media and developing staff referral scheme.</li>

		Reviews CVs received and undertakes initial screening of candidates and first level interviews.</li>

	3.4.New Starter Administration</h2>
<ul><li>
		Drafts and issues Offer Letters and Contracts</li>

		Oversees inductions and onboarding into the company &#8211; tailoring this to the needs to each employee</li>

		Liaises with the Office Manager to ensure the new starter has the necessary equipment and access for their employment</li>

		Reviews / manages probationary periods</li>

	3.5.Management &amp; Administration of Freelancers</h2>

		Drafts and issues contracts and NDAs</li>
	<li>
		Liaises with the Resource Manager and recruitment agencies to source freelance talent</li>

		Updates and maintains a freelance talent pool</li>

	3.6.Compensation and Benefits</h2>
<ul><li>
		Works closely with the Financial&#160; Controller to ensure that all compensation and benefits information is up to date</li>
	<li>
		Undertakes the administration of salary reviews &#8211; including the issuing of employee letters</li>
	<li>
		Manages the annual renewals of the company&#8217;s benefits programmes plus undertakes the on-going administration including Pensions, Health Care and Death in Service benefit</li>
</ul><h2>
	3.7.Payroll Management</h2>
<ul><li>
		Provides all information to the 3<sup>rd</sup> party payroll company to process the payroll</li>
	<li>
		Liaises with 3<sup>rd</sup> party payroll company to ensure that the payroll is processed accurately and timely including all of the changes to salaries and benefits</li>

	3.8.Year-end Procedures</h2>

		Provides P11d information</li>

		Checks P35 information</li>
