Part Time (flexible hours) Assistant Gardener position with Martin Carty Gardening

Martin Carty Gardening have a position for an enthusiastic part time Assistant Gardener. The position will be working at gardens (some private, some through contracts) throughout Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon. Spring and Summer are our peak times, when we enter (and win) local competitions, but, like the plants in the gardens we tend, the company is growing rapidly and we need you to help us.

We offer hours that fit in with your life, whether it be working during school hours throughout the school terms, or to fit in with any other family or personal commitments. Those hours will vary during the 9 months you will be working, but you will not have to work during the cold months of December, January and February when there is little to do. However, through our Annualised Hours scheme you will be paid the same each month for the full 12 months of the year.

In exchange we need you to be hard working and enthusiastic, fit and ready for the hours you have committed to working. Training is given, so don’t worry if you don’t think you have the knowledge or skills to work at a professional level, we will have you knowing your Red Robin from your Rhododendron in no time!
