	KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p>

	As a HR Business Partner you will be responsible for Specific HR Business Partner focus on HR services and Workplace Services.</p>

	&#8226; Scope and deliver any organisation design and structure improvements to ensure optimal resource management together with a rigorous focus on service cost and simplificatio<br />
	&#8226; Lead key global activities for HR &amp; Workplace Services as required centred on talent sourcing and management, reward, and capability building e.g. career path, global job evaluation<br />
	&#8226;Design and delivery of team events focussed on team development, ways or working or improving delivery across interface<br />
	&#8226;Drive a performance culture through line manager coaching in the effective use of performance management processes develop the behaviours (feedback and coaching) that differentiate performance, and through the activation of key ES approaches such as Team Update, Job posting, etc<br />
	&#8226; Coach individual business partners to effectively lead and manage their teams and drive them towards success<br />
	&#8226;Work with each business unit to accurately forecast and maintain global FTE discipline Work with HRBP network to drive global alignment and collaboration and to ensure alignment with the rest of the business<br /><br />
