	Carry out a range of duties in the achievement of revenue and margin based targets and meet all activity driven key performance indicators as set by the Sales Manager. 	* Regular prospecting of suspect opportunities<br />

	The Project Manager role is based within Commercial Banking Software Delivery</p>

	Ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and making decisions with regards to technical best practice and new strategy, with back-up from off shore technical teams and the on-shore engineering head, technical architects, and Global head of e-Channels.</p>

	My NHS client based in Lancashire currently requires a SharePoint Developer to join their team.</p>
<p>
	The ideal candidate will have previous NHS experience, specialise in SharePoint Development as well as having a strong skill set including;</p>
<p>
	&#8226; .Net 3.5/4.0</p>
<p>
	&#8226; SQL Server 2008</p>
<p>
	&#8226; C#</p>
<p>
	As well as having the necessary technical calls you should also have good interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with stakeholders and end users on a daily basis.</p>
<p>
	The rate will pay between &#163;250 and &#163;300 per day depending on the successful candidate.</p>

		Responsible for online banking including monitoring account balances, making payments and chasing debtors</li>

		Liaising with our payroll agent</li>
	<li>
		Assisting the Managing Director with project related finances such as maintaining project filing, keeping track of revenue forecasting and managing timesheet process for the team</li>
	<li>
		Assisting with the annual budgets</li>

<p>
	Supporting the team with general office administration including;</p>

		Answering the telephone</li>
	<li>

		Keeping our company database updated</li>

<p>
	As Health &amp; Safety Officer you will work closely with a Director to ensure our insurances, and other health and safety compliances are met while reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed.</p>
<p>
	<strong><em>Human Resources</em></strong></p>
<p>
	Working with our external HR consultant you will be responsible for:</p>
<ul><li>
		Responding to HR queries from the team</li>
	<li>
		Maintaining electronic and hard copy personnel files</li>
	<li>
		Managing the holiday &amp; absence requests process</li>
	<li>
		Ensuring the Employee Handbook is up to date</li>
	<li>
		Managing our Annual Performance Reviews process with the Managing Director;</li>
	<li>
		Assisting directors with recruitment as required, including the process for new starters joining the team</li>
</ul><p>
	<strong><em>Project&#160; Support</em></strong></p>
<p>
	You will assist the team with various administrative tasks relating to our major projects, specifically maintaining a contact database and dealing with enquiries for our principal Southend Office.</p>
<p>
	<strong><em>Marketing</em></strong></p>
<p>
	You will be responsible for updating and maintaining our external social media sites including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.&#160; You will also assist with the web site and development of marketing material.</p>
