Job Purpose

 

Provide support to the Business Support Manager and Infrastructure Services team to ensure an efficient administrative and secretarial service.

Be familiar with, and demonstrate commitment to, the requirements of the Health & Safety Environmental, and IFE Policies

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (8-12max)

 
  1. To assist the Business Support Manager in carrying out administrative and support duties.

To include: Stamping/logging/distributing of all department post also copying of contracts.

  1. To provide an administrative support function to both operational and commercial teams.
  2. To provide an efficient filing, data inputting, and clerical service.
  3. To ensure the office is kept tidy and in supply of stationary requirements.
  4. To order stationary weekly for some sites.
  5. To answer the telephone, promptly and politely take and deliver accurate messages.
  6. To input data electronically onto the systems as instructed.
  7. To carry out any other duties appropriate for this post.

Previous office administration experience essential

Good telephone manner

Good organisation skills, able to work unsupervised

Intermediate knowledge of word and excel
