Corvia Limited, trading as Ticketer, (“Ticketer”) was established in September 2009 and is headquartered in Hungerford, Berkshire with development and technical facilities in London and Cambridgeshire. It has developed and provides integrated, online transport management solutions, selling hosted software services and related hardware. Its first developed solution is revolutionising the way that bus and coach operators manage their operations.
It is just completing its third year of trading, achieving sales of some £1.7 million. The installed base has grown to over 1,000 systems currently in the field and is set to expand rapidly over the next few years.
Ticketer is now looking to appoint a full time administrative support person, based in its Hungerford office, to ensure that its administrative systems keep up with supporting the company’s growth. The role will encompass (but not be limited to) the following responsibilities.
Warranty and repair administration
Maintaining the warranty records on our systems.
Ensuring that repairs for out-of-warranty equipment and for reasons that are not covered by warranty are charged to customers.
Ensuring that we monitor and take advantage of warranties given to us by suppliers.
SIM card administration.
Ordering SIM cards for new equipment sales (our equipment communicates between the buses and our on-line databases using GPRS).
Ensuring that all SIMs that we are being charged for are being charged properly to customers.
Ensuring that we reclaim all trade discounts on SIM card supplies, which requires monitoring numbers of SIMs ordered and raising a monthly invoice to our wholesale supplier.
General administrative support
Researching and organising marketing mailings.
Sales administration support and sales invoicing
The right individual will be positive, conscientious and have an eye for detail. They will be comfortable working in a small office with a young, hard-working team. They will have a full current driving licence and the occasional use of a car (upon which they will receive mileage allowance for any company travel).
The initial remuneration would be between £16,000 and £18,000 per annum depending on the experience of the successful candidate but will have the potential to grow as the individual develops the role
