We have opportunities at Walsgrave Triangle Business Park - Coventry call centre.
 
Start date to be confirmed - looking at December.
 
Shifts available:  
Full time early working between 7am and 6pm Monday to Sunday, 5 out 7 days a week
 
Assessment starts in the first week of October.
  
Barclays are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor/Call Centre: Retail Telephony for our lively call centre at Walsgrave Triangle Business Park in Coventry.  We're offering an excellent salary plus unlimited earning potential and excellent benefits.  This is an inbound sales through service role where you'll be taking incoming calls from customers, building rapport, talking to them about their financial needs and identifying opportunities to promote attractive, great value products that our customers really want. 
 
As a Customer Service Advisor/Call Centre: Retail Telephony, you'll be a natural on the telephone, able to quickly build rapport and trust.  You'll be self-motivated and driven, enjoying working towards and achieving highly attainable targets by cross selling and making referrals to product specialists.  Ideally you'll be able to demonstrate successful experience of working in a target driven customer-focussed environment.
