What you'll give our customers as an HR Business Partner
You'll contribute to a multitude of HR activities and drive business performance, while making sure that our HR organisational structure, culture and processes directly shape and influence business goals. What's more, you'll create and execute change programmes that build capabilities and guarantee that programmes are effectively implemented.

What you'll need as an HR Business Partner
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a detailed understanding of how HR impacts bank operations and an awareness of operational and strategic planning. Tenacity and gravitas are vital, as is experience of delivering strong, commercial HR solutions across a complex business and a proven track record of successfully influencing to achieve results. A degree-level education (or equivalent), a CIPD qualification and a willingness to travel throughout the UK are also essential.
