Enterprise Rent-A-Car is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill the role of Customer Service Representative at our largest branch in Europe. This position will be based at Heathrow Branch in Middlesex.

The Customer Service Representative will be an integral part of the largest branch in Europe providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face and telephone interaction. The Customer Service Representative will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental service back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support to our branches and airport locations. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
