Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Communicating company values to our customers
  • Upholding Enterprise brand identity
  • Handling retail, insurance and corporate reservations
  • Demonstrating sales ability by achieving targets
  • Dealing with complaints and finding successful resolutions
  • Carry out specific administrative tasks accurately
  • Manage home office health and safety in compliance with company policy
Qualifications:
  • Ability to multitask
  • An ability to work well independently and make decisions
  • Ability to provide a high degree of flexibility over days, evenings and weekends (may include split shifts)
  • Proven Customer Service skills
  • A suitable home office environment free from noise and distractions
  • Strong PC skills and technical aptitude
  • Reside within a 50 mile radius of Aldershot

 

Salary: £7.21 per hour
