Retirement Consultant (telephony based) (multiple roles)

As part of The Retirement Team you will deal directly with customers who wish to speak to Prudential prior to their selected retirement date. We are an award winning company with two ‘Five Star’ ratings for excellent service in Investment, Life and Pensions; therefore, our customers have come to expect the highest levels of service. So you’ll need to build strong relationships and always be prepared to go the extra mile.
We’re looking to appoint individuals who can provide our customers with the clarity, confidence and peace of mind they seek from Prudential. You will need the qualities necessary for building trust with your customers: experience, wisdom, emotional intelligence, tempered by a strong sense of prudence.
We are looking for experienced individuals who can build relationships with customers by providing complex retirement information in a clear and simple way and can educate customers on their retirement options in a tailored and compliant manner.
You will require strong telephony experience (inbound and outbound), excellent communication skills, at retirement knowledge, the ability to adapt to change and a track record of achievement within a financial services environment. You will have the ability to self manage your time, prioritise your workload and understand the impact of your actions on our customers and business.

As part of the role, you will work towards RO1 and RO4 exams within 24 months of commencement of employment.

This role requires shift work (evening and weekends). Our offices are open between 8am and 8pm.
Assessment centres for this role will be run through October and November 2012.
Salary circa £25k plus first class reward package.
This is a non regulated role and all business is conducted on a non advised basis. Although this is a non regulated role the information you give will be monitored via our Training & Competency Team.
