As a result of the recent growth at Enterprise we are excited to announce 2 vacancies within the Billings and Payments department located at our Corporate Office in Egham as Billing and Payments Assistants.


The job role will be based in a department of 25 people, of which the candidate will work in one of five teams responsible for invoicing various accounts accurately and / or receipting all payments received for national accounts.


The role requires an individual capable of excelling within a team environment but also thrives working towards their own set of targets. 

  • Invoicing accounts using various methods. 
  • Providing first class support for our branch network. 
  • Applying payments for our rental branches accurately to deadlines. 
  • Assisting with invoicing and payment queries from both our branches and customers. 
  • Problem solving on outstanding payments. 
  • Dealing with various phone queries and relaying information accurately
  • Working in teams to meet team deadlines 
  • Professional communication skills
