As we continue to grow our UK and Ireland operations we’re currently seeking Reservations Agents to help manage a sustained increase in business. This role will ultimately be a home based position, however this will be an office based role until approximately January 2013.

The successful candidates will be enthusiastic and self motivated. You’ll also be able to show us you’ve got what it takes to deal with customer reservations every day and offer the right solutions every time.

Providing exceptional customer service

Handling retail, insurance and corporate reservations
Demonstrating sales ability by achieving targets
Dealing with complaints and finding successful resolutions
Carry out specific administrative tasks accurately
Manage home office health and safety in compliance with company policy

Ability to multitask
An ability to work well independently and make decisions
Ability to provide a high degree of flexibility including the ability to work core hours of Monday mornings, Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings
Proven Customer Service skills
A suitable home office environment free from noise and distractions
Strong PC skills and technical aptitude
Reside within a 50 mile radius of Aldershot
