What you'll give our customers as an HR Advisor
You'll work closely with work collaboratively with HR managers and business partners, helping them apply predefined solutions, while providing information and guidance on HR policy and processes wherever it's needed. We'll also look to you for provide world class management information to the business at large - guaranteeing quality service delivery in the process.

What you'll need as an HR Advisor
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a detailed knowledge of HR operational processes and procedures, plus a solid working knowledge of MS Office. The ability to effectively manage a high volume workload is paramount, and you'll need to be willing to travel across the UK. Outstanding communication skills at all levels are also essential.
