	As a key member of the Sainsbury&#8217;s Accounting Team, the <strong>Oracle General Purchase Ledger Assistant</strong> provides advice to users, maintains data and implements system improvements. 	<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />
	&#8226; Administration of the outsourced payroll and benefits service at operational level, ensuring that the provision of payroll and benefits is effective, efficient, cohesive and &#8220;fit for purpose&#8221;.<br />

	&#8226; Engage effectively with HR, arranging and leading monthly meetings to ensure any issues are dealt with in a timely manner, including providing analysis of end to end payroll processes using reports and graphs.<br />
	&#8226; Pension reconciliations in advance of payment.<br />
	&#8226; Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely minutes for all benefit and payroll meetings.<br />
	&#8226; Liaise with and provide input into internal and external audit.<br />
	&#8226; Review and update of all payroll and operational benefits documentation, policies, processes and procedures.<br />
	&#8226; Coordinate, prepare and complete all year-end processes and procedures to ensure statutory deadlines are adhered to. All PSA and P11D data to be collated on a monthly basis and completed by 31 March.<br />
	&#8226; Accurate and timely preparation of data for inclusion in the Annual Accounts.<br />
	&#8226; Seek opportunities to network within Ofcom</p>

	<strong>The Role:</strong></p>

	We are looking for a Digital Delivery Manager who will be responsible for driving forward and supporting the delivery of specific digital projects as well as offering overall support to the digital team. Reporting into the Head of Digital.</p>
<p>
	<strong>Core responsibilities and duties will include:</strong></p>
<p>
	&#8226; Manage competitor reviews, from both a creative analysis and media perspective<br />
	&#8226; Hands on with the Search accounts&#8217; (SEO &amp; PPC) performance and management<br />
	&#8226; Ability to interpret search data (SEO &amp; PPC. Social), and make commercially driven recommendations to further the aspirations and success of the digital team<br />
	&#8226; Skilled in interpreting Google analytics data and turn complex data into actionable strategy&#8217;s to support the business<br />
	&#8226; Be skilled in producing unique content for distribution across a number of digital channels i.e. web, social<br />
	&#8226; Manage the overall market intelligence needs for the team<br />
	&#8226; Support and assist in the on-going management of the web content via CMS</p>
<p>
	<strong>&#160;Applicants for this vacancy MUST have:</strong></p>
<p>
	&#8226; A strong track record in working in Digital from either an agency background or client side, with particular strengths in search and analytics</p>
<p>
	&#8226; An understanding of the differences between Media channels and how each is approached and measured and the benefits of each channel and their interconnectedness</p>
<p>
	&#8226; Previous experience working on Digital Display Media</p>
<p>
	&#8226; Strong Strategic search direction.</p>
<p>
	BMI Head office is currently located at Kew, however we will be relocating to Waterloo in the Summer time so you should be happy to work at both locations.
