Job Details

We are looking to hire a Facilities Operations Manager on a 6 month contract. You will join our Corporate Real Estate division, in which our workplace environment is critical to our success.

Our mission is to provide a superior environment for all our employees across our 16 sites in the EMEA region. We partner with a third party but need you to oversee all support activities within the office portfolio ensuring an integrated approach.

You will be required to take a strong and consistent approach to managing our buildings and Corporate Real Estate services, with a commitment to quality, assurance and risk management. You will build business relationships at all levels to ensure the services are fit for purpose and you will be accountable for quality assurance and contract compliance as related to associated work orders.

Ultimately, workplace health and safety as well as operational risk obligations will sit with you.

You will be the key integrator of the Operations function to ensure the end-to-end process of building support services is carried out to a high-level of service.

 

You will need experience in a similar role, within Real Estate/Operations/Engineering or a related Facilities discipline within a complex corporate estate. Your proactive attitude, strong delivery and execution skills, coupled with your energetic leadership style will be complemented by your experience in managing relevant projects and strong contract/vendor management.
