Digital Project Manager - 12 month contract
Role Purpose:
Chubbs digital team work with our brokers to create digital solutions to insurance buying needs for either end customers or our brokers. This is an important part of our 2019 strategy and we require a project manager to work with the digital team and internal and external stakeholders to facilitate delivery of these projects This is a primarily London based role and will be managing projects across the UK and Ireland, therefore some travel may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and track risks and issues against these plans for a number of initiatives
- Liaise and challenge stakeholders across digital, underwriting, distribution, legal and compliance to ensure digital projects remain on track
- Undertake business analysis, develop solutions and obtain approval from internal and external stakeholders
- Drive projects to completion
- Provide regular communications to various stakeholder groups on initiative progress
- Ensure a strong control environment exists around the change programmes including meeting minutes and project documentation
- Help improve digital team processes and drive understanding of these through the business
Skills & Experience Required:
- Relevant Project management experience , ideally within insurance/financial service organisations
- Previous experience of working in the insurance sector
- History of successfully delivering change initiatives. Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Experience of working in a customer centric environment
- Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
- Project management qualification and/or insurance qualification
