Job Details

You will join our Futures Direct Market Access team who offer a wide range of execution services, to both our internal and external clients that use listed futures exchanges and products.  We support all our clients who trade electronically via Macquarie offered trading platforms  (PATS, CQG, TT, Fidessa, Bloomberg and Stellar).

You will be engaged on a variety of trading support tasks and be a subject matter expert for client queries. You will be working with new clients and onboarding them onto the platform. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to offer platform support to all of our global clients. You will be responsible for our monitoring & surveillance activity and will review trading anomalies as necessary. You will also be involved in static setup and exchange platform liaisons.

Your background working within the Futures Market will allow you to integrate into the team as seamlessly as possible, whilst also offering our clients a world class service. Your keen eye for detail and high level of diligence will be crucial to ensure zero error rates. Your professionalism and calmness under pressure will be required when talking to our traders and clients alike.
