Push your knowledge to the limit

At EE, we want to become the best for service on the high street – and we’re on the lookout for a new part-time Assistant Store Manager to help us achieve that vision. You’ll share this role with another Assistant Store Manager, divvying up your responsibilities but ultimately working together to support our Store Manager and make our stores great. You will play an integral part in running one of our stores and get a taste of what it’s like to manage one of your own.

Deliver a world-class customer experience

With your co-Assistant Store Manager, you’ll make an unbeatable team that coaches, inspires and empowers your team to achieve their targets. Together, you’ll create an in-store environment that makes customers feel welcome and comfortable, working at the forefront for one of the UK’s leading digital companies. You’ll share your responsibilities to:

  • Support the Store Manager running the store
  • Lead, engage and develop a talented and knowledgeable team
  • Create a culture of high-performance, empowering your team to reach targets
  • Create and manage a relaxed, welcoming, customer-focussed environment

Your store. Your story.

We work in an industry that’s changing all the time, and – as technology and people move forward – we move with them. With your fellow Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead the way forward with your reliable nature and progressive outlook. You’ll implement strategies, champion individuals and establish a culture of shared success that encourages everyone to do their part, and makes sure everyone is recognised and rewarded for their efforts. Our story’s just getting started – are you ready to get on board?

What we’re looking for:

  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Established coaching and development skills
  • The ability to set and carry out long-term plans
  • A willingness to work 20 hours over 3 or 4 days
  • The flexibility to work one weekend shift per week

 What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary
  • Pension
  • Healthcare cash plan
  • Great career progression
  • 75% discount on your personal EE mobile phone package
  • 30% Friends and Family discount from day one (conditions apply)
  • 25 days’ holiday (pro-rata).

Company

Allow us to introduce ourselves. We’re Everything Everywhere, and we’re the people behind Orange and T-Mobile. Unprecedented opportunities and cutting-edge technology are all very well, but if you and your family’s needs aren’t being met, they don’t count for much. That’s why, as well as benefits like flexible pensions and private healthcare, we offer our working mums (and dads) childcare vouchers and flexible working. More importantly, we make sure they have all the support they need.
