We are seeking service-focused, motivated individuals to join our support team in various locations throughout the United Kingdom. Flexible travel is a requirement, so you can react quickly to the needs of the facilities assigned to you in your local area, as well as assisting neighbouring regions as needed. However, we supply you with a vehicle and give you a high level of flexibility in scheduling your own work hours. 

As a member of the i-team Global family, you will:

  • develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our customers and i-team members,
  • engage our customer´s management team and build an open line of communication,
  • train local staff on the use of equipment and the importance of cleaning, assist with routine maintenance and coordinating service callouts,
  • support neighbouring regions on a temporary basis during vacation periods, and
  • refer sales opportunities to the sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties

You should consider yourself an evangelist for the i-team brand at industry events and conferences. New i-team family members will be responsible for organising and executing customer briefings, roadshows, as well as customer workshops. Coordinating product marketing campaigns, events and corporate marketing is an essential part of your work day. We are looking for people with a real passion for showing our customer the short-term and long-term benefits of our products and services.

You will need to have a strong sense of initiative and dedication to getting things done by developing contacts and forming relationships, as well as positively influencing others. The position requires social diplomacy, rapport, and friendliness, as well as the ability to communicate and motivate others in order to achieve the results necessary for success.

Your role will be to develop the 4D Total Managed Cleaning solution from the ground floor.

Qualifications and Skills

You have excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, as well as third parties. Prior experience as a Cleaning Consultant Specialist gives an extra advantage in understanding the tasks for this position, but not required. You are able to travel 75%+ of the time.
