What is on offer?
The Technology Returner programme will be based in our London office and is designed for experienced IT professionals who are ready to build on previous skills and experience and want to embrace new opportunities ahead. The paid programme commences on April 29th and finishes on the 19th July 2019. Whilst there is no guarantee of a permanent position, there will be genuine consideration for an ongoing opportunity at the end of the programme depending on business needs and availability of appropriate opportunities.

The team’s focus is to serve as the single point of contact for all Information Security & IT Security related queries, concerns and technologies. They work to provide a high standard of user and business support in a responsive and timely manner across all businesses, taking responsibility and ownership for maintaining the global/regional strategy and controls for the delivery and operational deployment of global/regional security initiatives.
Technologies Covered include:
· Windows desktop and server environments UNIX, Linux
· Mobile technologies
· Networking and Firewall technologies
· Endpoint Security controls
· Intrusion Detection Solutions (IDS)
· Security Information and Event Monitoring solutions
· Application and Penetration Testing Methodologies
The ideal Returner will have previous experience in IT Security / Information security and be passionate about working in this area. The ability to work well in a team, form strong relationships and to problem solve are traits required. You will need to be comfortable to create code, develop it and test it. Internal training will be provided to ensure you are up to speed on the relevant technologies.
In the past you will have ideally gained the below knowledge:
Strong knowledge on MS Windows (desktop and server) and networking security within a corporate environment
Experience in security consulting or advisory services in financial industry
Experience of implementing/co-ordinating a Cyber Resilience strategy.
Knowledge on incident management and change management procedures & processes
