Part Time HR Advisor

Are you a HR Advisor interested in growing your career within an innovative social well-being organisation, while helping not only your colleagues, but the wider community?

Upon joining this organisation, you will be the HR first point of call for managers and directors, providing advice and resolving people related queries including Best Practice, Employee Relations and organisational policies. A personable individual who has experience of communicating HR ideas concisely, will succeed in this role in providing clear support to a this small but successful organisation.

Being organised and practical, while creative and bright is a great combination of attributes for this busy role. You will be responsible for general administrative duties, updating HR policies and maintaining accurate data on the HR system, but also have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects across the HR function.

Salary: £45,000 (pro rata to part time)
