Job Description

A part time Customer Service Operator is required for Reactive Maintenance calls and administrative tasks via our Helpdesk in Sheffield

The Customer Service Coordinator's role will be to ensure administrative tasks are carried out to a high standard, and calls are answered are responded to in a professional and courteous manner. The Customer Service Operator will be expected to actively support at all times Company policy and best practice in the provision of services.

The candidate is required to have excellent interpersonal skills that are customer focused and excellent telephone manner.A minimum of one year's previous experience within a similar role is essential and previous experience using a CAFM system is desirable

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 1.30pm-5.30pm -20 hours week

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be a point of contact for the Managers and Clients via telephone and email enquiries
  • Logging tasks for reactive maintenance into company systems
  • Taking ownership for tasks ensuring SLA’s are being adhered to
  • Promote first call resolution
  • Setting good examples and work ethics
  • Engaging with the team to achieve personal objectives and goals as set out in appraisals
  • To ensure the provision of administrative support to the Facilities Management team, on-site and mobile maintenance teams.
  • Covering others for sickness and annual leave with notice if required
  • Any other request as set out by the Team Leader & Manager
  • Adhere to Integral health and safety working practices.
  • Operate computer based facilities management system for both reactive and planned preventative maintenance
  • Undertake any other duties within the grade as required by Integral.
  • Undertake any training necessary in your field.


Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous background of PFI/PPP would be a benefit
  • Product knowledge and commercially aware
  • Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Customer Service
  • Administration
  • Experience of using Computer Aided Facilities Management systems (CAFM)
