Are you a qualified teacher looking to use your experience outside of the classroom?
We may be able to help…
LearnLock is an education technology start-up currently under development that aims to provide children from all backgrounds with the chance to reach their academic potential. The founder has had previous classroom experience and built a successful education consultancy which was sold to an international business last year. There is an excellent pedigree within the business but we understand the need to have professional teaching expertise for us to develop a perfect solution.
We have a number of requirements, each of them on an ongoing freelance basis.
Preparing GCSE Material
We do need qualified teachers with experience of teaching GCSE in one of the following Ebacc subjects:
· Maths
· English
· Physics
· Chemistry
· Biology
· History
· Geography
With knowledge of the curriculum in your specialist subject, you will be required to write concise but engaging material for GCSE students.
Work can be done from home and we are able to offer varying amounts (minimum of 10,000 words) dependent on your available time. It is very important that all work is unique.
Should you wish to be considered for this role please apply with a CV and let us know your salary requirements per 10,000 words.
Ad hoc market research and advice.
We would be incredibly interested to hear from teachers who would be keen to sit with us and evaluate our business going forward. This will be on an ad hoc basis in the West Midlands area and could include informal meetings over coffee or larger round table meetings.
If you are interested in these roles please provide us with a CV and your required hourly salary requirements.
Ongoing project work
The nature of a start-up means that we always have projects we are working on. These may range from providing summaries of KS1 Sats curriculum requirements, GCSE exam board comparison, competitor analysis and various other business requirements. The projects will need to BE completed to deadlines but can be done from home and carried out at times to fit around your specific needs. Payment for these will be on project by project basis.
If you are interested in project roles please provide us with a CV and your required hourly salary requirements
