Delapre Golf Centre have an exciting opportunity for a Cook to join their growing team based in Northampton.

Location: Northampton

Salary: Up to £10 per hour dependent on experience + benefits

Job Type: Full Time and Part Time Hours available

Hours: 7am - 3.30pm Tuesday - Sunday

Delapre Golf Centre offers 5 courses and all the clubhouse facilities you could need. The Oaks is a beautiful 18 Hole Course set in 260 acres of mature parkland with enough ditches, streams and bunkers to ensure an enjoyable and challenging round.

Cook - Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, assemble and cook all menu dishes to a high standard

- Responsible for all designated cleaning within the kitchen

- Responsible for keeping all paperwork up to date

- Applicants must have some experience within the catering industry

- Predominantly we sell Breakfast but also other meals as well including Homecooked meals

- Ideally we would like someone familiar with safer food management system & has an understanding of allergy and dietary needs

- Must have a level 2 food hygiene in catering & have the knowledge and confidence to deal with the EHO if required

This role requires someone very motivated as you will be mainly working by yourself potential for some of the hours to be working on our coffee bar serving customers but this is optional and by no means mandatory.
