THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are recruiting a part time Sales Administrator to join our leading client in solution technology. Due to recent growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator on a part time basis working 25 hours per week.

THE JOB:

As the part time Sales Administrator you will be based on a job share basis, also covering Reception duties as a small part of the role:

• Dealing with all new enquiries by managing the inbox

• Answering all incoming calls in a professional manner

• Process quotes and orders

• Working collaboratively with other internal and external teams

• Handling requests from worldwide stakeholders

• Supporting the sales team, chasing orders where required

• Providing reception cover/duties

THE PERSON:

You will come from a similar background, demonstrating your high attention to detail with advanced computer skills having used sales order processing systems previously.

You will be a proactive individual who is adaptable to change as this role offers variety within administration and reception. Highly motivated and flexible as the role can change occasionally based on the projects.

Working on a part time basis, 25 hours per week 9am – 2pm Monday to Friday. Due to the location we welcome applications from Sheffield, Chesterfield and surrounding areas.
