We are currently assisting a leading local technology company with their requirement for a part-time receptionist/administrator.
Role will be 25 hours per week Mon-Fri 9.00am-14.00pm (Will include working some full days or afternoons for the first couple of weeks during training)
Based in Sheffield (S8)
It shall be the responsibility of the Receptionist to greet incoming visitors and deal with professionally.
Co-ordinate and deal with post.
Book meeting rooms.
Distribute deliveries.
Fire alarm and lighting tests.
Processing orders for stationary, cleaning products and buffets when required.
Deal with building issues, contractors, facilities, confidential waste etc...
To answer and handle all incoming phone calls in a professional manner, forwarding calls to the relevant individual or department where required.
To work collaboratively with other departments to answer all customer enquiries including some sales support to answer initial and associated enquries.
To assist the wider global sales team in supporting the customer base
Ensure that Health and Safety standards are complied with at all times
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in a integral role. It may involve travel to other sites so own transport is preferred.
