About our role: Are you a successful sales director / sales manager, used to working with Senior Stakeholders within the Services sector? With a proven track record in consultative sales and the ability to develop relationships, strategically grow & win business, to achieve challenging growth targets – we would definitely like to speak with you.


Your focus: as Client Relationship Director you will lead the growth across the market with a compiling sales strategy in learning and a key focus on digital learning, to deliver growth across the client base ensuring current and future success against QA and client objectives.

  
Day to Day: 
Lead and drive the sales and market strategy to deliver growth in existing and new clients through: 
o Building strong relationship networks based on trust and credibility
o Creating / identifying market aligned solutions that match themes in the Service sector
o Identify new client opportunities and proactively drive to bring them on-board 
o Lead, support and your clients to achieve their demands and targets


Client Management:
o Provide support, coaching and mentoring to Customer
o Undertake a proactive role within Client and the key Stakeholders
o Achieve targets, KPIs and metrics that deliver the Client solutions


Support the objectives and goals of the Sales Director: 
o Work with the Sales Director to meet the core objectives of growth, professionalism, and excellence to become the first choice of learning provider 
o Developing growth strategies with the Customer and then implement 
o Become an influencer and leader within the wider sales, service and delivery teams and offer innovation and entrepreneurial ship qualities 
o Forecasting, account planning, marketing direction, opportunity management, bid leadership

Bring your experience: 
Sales excellence, influencer internally and externally
High degree of Stake holder management
Highly effective presentation and communication skills
Ability to demonstrate leadership 
Proven track record of success selling to Senior Management level
Excellent written skills and the ability to structure large bids and proposals
Strong awareness of complex and multi-tier sales processes
Self-motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial outlook
Highly driven, articulate and ambitious with the ability to work towards team revenue and margin targets
Ability to demonstrate delivery of effective consultative sales methods
