The Lending Servicing Specialist supports in all aspects of money movements on retail lending products, such as overdrafts and credit cards. This role sits within our Lending Operations team who are based in a suite of offices above our iconic Metro bank store on the Kings road, Chelsea.


So what will you be doing?
• Providing answers to queries which arise relating to loans and marking limits 
• Investigating reconciliation queries on lending accounts and fee receipts 
• Making sure any issues are managed and resolved quickly and efficiently 
• Leading on transaction investigations on loan accounts within our banking systems

• You need to have a basic understanding of banking back office processes 
• A general understanding of lending products would be useful for this role

• You will probably have worked in a fast paced administrative role previously - perhaps even in a bank!
• The ability to build great business relationships in a very fast paced, changing environment 
• You will be great at taking initiative to find areas that need improvement and attending to every detail along the way
