Are you looking for a challenging new role? Are you happy working in a small team? Do you have administration and accounts experience?
We are recruiting for an Office Administrator / Accounts Clerk working 5 days a week on a part time basis. The ideal individual for the Office Administrator / Accounts Clerk role should have experience of working in a small office, be happy taking responsibility and ownership of the role where you will be working with a variety of people including the general public, volunteers, civil servants, charitable organisations and many more community based groups.
As the Office Administrator / Accounts Clerk you will need to:
· have an ability to multitask
· work at times to deadlines in a process driven function.
· have good working knowledge of accounting procedures including running a small payroll, paying cheques and raising invoices, entering VAT, Bank Reconciliations and updating spreadsheets.
· be comfortable attending and minuting meetings
· deal with the public face to face handling a multitude of queries and questions.
Our client is looking for:
· MS Office – Excel and Word
· Accounting knowledge
· Strong Administration
· Excellent Customer service skills
