Do you have Administration and Accounts experience? We have a role, working 5 days a week on a part time basis, for an Office and Accounts Administrator.

The ideal individual for the Office & Accounts Administrator position should have experience of working in a small office, familiar with taking responsibility and ownership of a role where you will be working with a variety of people including the general public, volunteers, civil servants, charitable organisations and many more community based groups.

As the Office & Accounts Administrator you will need to have an ability to multitask, work at times to deadlines in a process driven function. You will need to have a good working knowledge of accounting procedures to include running a small payroll, paying cheques and raising invoices, entering VAT, Bank Reconciliations and updating spreadsheets. You will also be comfortable attending and minuting meetings dealing with the public face to face and handling a multitude of queries and questions.

Our client is looking for:
· MS Office – Excel and Word
· Accounting knowledge
· Strong Administration
· Excellent Customer service skills
