Part-time Accounts / Office Administrator (approx. 3 days) salary circa £11520
This is an interesting company who deal in preventative maintenance, they are a very forward thinking business, good friendly team and very stable! This opportunity is to work in the main office both on the admin side and the accounts side, They are a well established business based in the Bawtry side of Doncaster.
Working as part of a small team, following the established procedures and reporting to the Office Manager, your duties will include both Accounts and General office administration / support.
General responsibilities:
* Working with the Company accounting package (SAGE Line 50) including Data entry, purchase order progressing and processing
* Sales / purchase invoicing
* Credit control and general queries
* Supporting your colleagues in the general office with day to day administration duties
* Dealing with customer queries over the telephone or by email
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience working within an office/ Administration environment
* Have a comprehensive working knowledge of Sage Line 50
* Be IT literate and competent with Microsoft Word / Excel
* Have excellent communication skills and work well as part of a small team
* Have the ability to work under pressure and within time scales
* Have their own transport with a clean driving license
Part time hours: 3 days per week, 9 am – 5 pm (16:00 on a Friday)
Full time salary: £17 .0 k to £18 .0 k (pro rata based on actual days worked)
Locations Doncaster South (near Bawtry, Retford, Worksop, Gainsborough and Everton)
Ideally looking for a good all -rounder who has excellent communication and organisational skills.
You must be proficient on IT systems and be able to pick things up easily.
You must be confident and have previous relevant experience and the ability to work on your own initiative.
