An opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic HR professional to join Macquarie as a HR Coordinator in London, supporting all business groups across EMEA.   

The role will be one of a small team, supporting 5 London-based HR Business Partners who look after all staff (approx. 1,900) across EMEA (excluding South Africa). You will be aligned to specific areas of the business, and as a member of a collaborative team, your exposure will extend region wide. In the role you will have responsibilities associated with a broad range of coordination and generalist activities, including mobility, talent management, learning and development, employee relations and HR operations. This is an excellent career move for anyone wanting to grow their HR skills within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

You will have prior experience working with staff across all levels and will have highly developed written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. You will have exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills coupled with a keen interest in HR. You will have an ability to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction. You will also have the ability to think differently and spot opportunities to drive change through process improvement. You will be open to learning in a fast paced and changing environment. You will ideally have 24 months experience in a HR role in a complex professional environment and have the confidence and capability to deal directly with stakeholders.

Ideally you will hold a relevant degree or HR Qualification.
