This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company based in Corby. We are looking for an animal lover with a proven sales track record, to their Breeder/Insurance teams.
They are flexible on hours so either a full time, or part time basis their office is open between 9am - 7pm Monday and Wednesday and 9 - 5.30pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You will be expected to work every other Saturday - 10am - 4pm and 2 x evenings per week until 7pm.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and rapport building skills - as well as a passion for animals in order to successfully build relationships with breeder clients. Call Centre experience would be an advantage.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to :
* Liaising with existing and new clients through database
* Have an awareness of FCA regulations
* Providing outstanding customer service on every call
* Working with the wider team to enhance overall customer satisfaction
* You will be empathetic, customer orientated, keen to learn, good communication skills and a good eye for detail.
