MAA Engineering Recruitment are currently recruiting an Administration Assistant to join one of our Engineering clients based in the North Lanarkshire Area.
This is a temporary position covering a period of maternity leave, approximately nine months.
Duties Include (but not limited to) –
* Admin Assistants must be comfortable working within an established system
* Answering main line calls
* Scanning documentation and attaching to system
* Monitoring holidays/absences
* Raising purchase orders
* Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Working hours can be discussed, full-time or part-time hours are available option to work flexible hours to suit nursery/school hours will also be considered.
The successful candidate would be involved in the day-to-day administration of a busy engineering company completing duties as required to assist the team/office with any duties.
