Business Development Manager - Security business
Our client is a niche but very reputable Security Services business working internationally, but with a main presence in the London area. Providing services including Risk Assessment, Site Security, Personal and Cyber Security across various Hotels, Corporate Buildings and Goverment properties.
The company are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive/Business Development Manager to join their business on a part time (2 days a week) basis and take a lead on growing the sales function. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the cleaning/security/hospitality industry, and will hold a proven track-record in sales developing new business. Candidates must be hardworking, target-driven and looking to join a prestige business with huge growth plans
Principal responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience
1. Minimum 5 years of proven sales / business development success ideally in a relevant industry
2. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company's services.
3. Maximise sales & profit.
4. Effective Communicator.
5. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.
6. Computer literate.
The role is for an initial contract basis with the scope to become a permanent staff member within 3-6 months and opportunity to grow a sales force around you
