Position Overview

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, tenacious Business PA to fully support a number of our Directors within our Consulting and Rail Business Division.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Effectively balance the priorities of a number of Directors (4 in total)
  • Manage the diary for all directors within remit
  • Coordinate travel logistics both UK and abroad
  • Coordinate both internal and external meetings, including room booking, arranging agendas, preparing papers, ordering catering and taking minutes
  • Proactively filter, respond to and follow through on all queries, calls and emails
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • This role involves travel to other sites

What are we looking for?

  • Previous PA/Business Support experience
  • Proven experience of multi tasking and prioritising in a demanding and changing environment
  • First class verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy across MS office packages - particularly Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Experience using SAP or similar financial software would be highly beneficial
  • Exceptional organisational skills whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and flexibility
  • Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Enthusiastic, act with initiative and pro-active approach
