Part Time Administrator (Weekends)

Are you looking for weekend work? We have a fantastic opportunity to work alternate weekends comprising 12 hours per week.
If you are passionate about customer service and helping people, we have the perfect role where the successful candidate can demonstrate their flare for solving problems.
Duties will include
• Liaising with clients oversees ensuring prompt resolution of any issues reducing the amount of complaints
• Amending travel bookings and processing last minute cancellations
• Assisting with travel and transport arrangements
• Logging issues and calls on the company database
Skills/Experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Polite and friendly telephone manner
• Available to work alternate weekends 07.00 – 19.00 Saturday and Sunday
This is a unique opportunity that would suit someone who is looking to subsidise their income, great for a student or parent! Candidates with previous customer service experience either within either office, retail or hospitality are of interest.
