Monday – Friday 9am-1pm - Part Time
37.5 hours per week

Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to supply chain providers, learners and employers and to provide effective support and customer service.

Mai duties:
* Taking inbound calls from learners and employers
* Supporting the HR department
* Data processing of information both electronic and hard copy whilst meeting the GDPR and contractual requirements
* To provide a professional customer service to both internal and external clients
* To carry out compliance audits and regular quality checks across the learner journey
Desired skills:
* Admin experience
* Exceptional customer service
* Team player
* Experience working in similar role
