This role sits within the Natural Resources Division and will handle internal, external communications and marketing activities in coordination with Group Marketing to promote and protect Costain’s reputation and to support the repositioning of the brand.

The Natural Resources Marketing Manager performs a pivotal role as part of the Group’s transformation journey to ensure internal and external stakeholders understand the Group’s positioning.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FIXED-TERM CONTRACT TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE.

What will I be doing?

  • Manage all marketing activities for the Division (Energy and Water sectors) in coordination with Group Marketing team
  • Develop the marketing strategy for the Division in line with objectives
  • Coordinate with Key Account Directors for Client Account management and a Division Client feedback programme
  • Co-ordinate marketing campaigns aligned to sales activities
  • Oversee the Division’s marketing budget
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns including online and print
  • Oversee and manage the Divisional thought leadership programme
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

About you

We are looking for a keen and motivated individual who can drive this marketing initiative forward over a fixed period of time.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. You will need to collaborate closely with technical experts, IT, group communications and the sectors.

Sector knowledge preferred but not required.

Location is flexible, although some travel to the Manchester, Solihull and Maidenhead offices may be required.
