Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln are looking for a part time administrator to cover maternity leave to join their enthusiastic team. This is a fixed term contract of 22.5 hours per week.

Duties will include:

Monitor and report on the system security levels to conform with the company audit process.
Process and remove access to the different systems for all new starters and leavers.
Monitor access of all business systems and record and maintain records.
Inspect and resolve discrepancies following routine system checks.
Manage access level change requests effectively within agreed service levels and record in document management system.
Audit access levels, report changes and record on the company system.
Regularly review the company's internal procedures.
Assist and support IT team members with day to day administration tasks.
Assist with the IT help desk logging system.

Person Specification:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Deliver great customer service.
Ability to work from own initiative and as part of a team.
Excellent communication both verbally and written.
Previous experience in creating and maintaining accurate records.
Experience working with Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Outlook Calendar.
